The Grassi Lakes area near Canmore is usually quite busy. This shot was taken early season before the crowds show up. I climbed up the route beside this one and hung on the anchor while Erin (my girlfriend) climbed her way up. It made for an interesting view with the white capped mountains in the background.

My climbing partner was walking down from the summit of Diadem Peak via the Humble Horse route (IV 5.7 WI4). As we headed towards the Diadem/Wooley col. Mt. Alberta was looming in the background and made for a spectacular view.

This photo was taken in Kananaskis on a col between Mt. Robertson and Mt. Sir Douglas. This view looks down the Robertson glacier.
